Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Dumbbell Games ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.
1. What We Collect
Newsletter signups. When you subscribe, we store the email address you provide and the IP address of the request (used only to prevent abuse of the signup form). We do not collect a name or any other profile data.
Contact form. When you send us a message, we store the name, email address, optional subject and message you enter, so we can read and reply to it.
Server logs. Like most websites, our host may keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) for security and diagnostics.
2. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site. We do not build advertising profiles.
3. Third-Party Content
Some pages embed or fetch public data from external services — for example Steam (store data, screenshots, reviews), the Apple App Store (ratings) and Discord (community counts). When such content loads, your browser contacts those services directly and their own privacy policies apply. We do not send them your personal data.
4. How Long We Keep Data
Newsletter emails are kept until you ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our records. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Contact
